I am passionate about bringing the benefits of Reflexology to people across South London, South West Central London and North Surrey, whether it be in the comfortable surroundings of your own home or as part of workplace wellbeing.

Whilst there are numerous benefits anecdotally described by people who have had Reflexology, it is widely agreed from analysis of multiple studies that people may experience the following benefits:

I appreciate that it isn't always easy to find time for yourself which is why I offer evening and Saturday appointments, in your own home, allowing you to fit it in more easily around work and family, and save you travel time.
